Processing of Personal Data

As a controller, it processes your personal data in accordance with the provisions of EU Regulation 679/2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

Purpose of processing. In order to be able to send you offers of products and/or technical solutions/services regarding cybersecurity by e-mail, telephone, we collect your contact data (name, surname, telephone number, email, name of the employing institution/organization/company)  based on the informed, unequivocal, freely expressed consent that we request when filling in the questionnaire by ticking the box containing the text “By completing this questionnaire, I confirm that I have read and understood the provisions of the ‘Information Note on Processing of personal data’ and I give my consent for the processing of my personal data for the purpose of contacting me in the future (via phone, SMS, email) by representatives of ProVision Software Division SRL company for the transmission of offers for products and technical solutions/services related to cybersecurity.”,  in compliance with Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 679/2016.

If you wish your personal data to cease to be processed by Provision, for the stated purpose, you may withdraw your consent at any time by requesting in writing the cessation of any data processing by us. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out, on the basis of consent, before its withdrawal.

Disclosure of personal data. The data collected for the mentioned purpose will not be transmitted to other third parties, regardless of their quality, except for the transfer to the court of law or to the criminal investigation body, at their express request.

Duration of the processing of personal data. Your personal data will be kept for a period of 2 years from the date of collection, unless you withdraw your previous consent. After this period, the data will be deleted or anonymized, unless there is a legal obligation to keep it for a longer period.

Ensuring the security of personal data. The management of Provision Software Division SRL and its employees attach importance to technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of the processed personal data, in accordance with the requirements of EU Reg. 679/2016, art. 25 and 32.

International data transfers: If your personal data is transferred outside the European Union, we will ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with applicable law.

Your rights in relation to the processing of personal data. We respect the rights and choices expressed by you, so you can exercise any of the rights set out in Articles 13-22 of EU Regulation 679/2016.  According to the applicable legal provisions, you have the right to be informed, access, right to rectification, right to data deletion, right to restriction of processing, right to data portability, right to opposition and automated individual decision-making process, right to make a complaint to Provision Software Division SRL  or to file a complaint with  the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing. The above rights can be exercised at any time.
